What are Vidacoins?

Vidacoins are the credits used on Vidalgo to generate videos. Each time you create a video, a certain number of Vidacoins is deducted from your balance.

Vidacoins are included in all paid subscription plans and are renewed every month based on your plan.

How Vidacoins are used

Generating a 30-second or 1-minute video usually costs 100 Vidacoins
Generating a 2-minute video usually costs 200 Vidacoins

How to delete your Vidalgo account

To permanently delete your Vidalgo account, please follow these steps carefully.

Step 1: Go to your profile

Log in to your Vidalgo account, then click on your profile icon at the top right.

Step 2: Open account settings

In the menu, go to Settings, then open the section Delete account.

Step 3: Confirm the deletion

To confirm the deletion request, you must:

Check all confirmation boxes
Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT exactly as shown in the confirmation field

Step 4: Final confirmation

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible and all your data, videos, and credits will be removed.

Why don’t I receive the login code?

If you don’t receive the login or verification code, don’t worry. This usually happens for a few common reasons.

1. Check your spam or junk folder

In many cases, the email is filtered automatically. Please check:

Spam / Junk
Promotions

3. Wait a few minutes

Sometimes there can be a short delay due to email provider processing. Please wait 2–5 minutes before trying again.

4. Try requesting a new code

If you still don’t see the email, go back to the login page and request a new verification code.

5. Add Vidalgo to your safe senders

How to Copy Your Video’s Project ID on Vidalgo

The Project ID is a unique identifier for each video created on Vidalgo. It’s especially useful if you encounter issues: share it with Vidalgo support for quick access to your video and easier analysis.

•On the main page, click on one of your videos in your projects.

•Once the video is open, look at the bottom right of the window for the Copy Project ID button.
•Click it: the Project ID is automatically copied to your clipboard.
