Why don’t I receive the login code?
If you don’t receive the login or verification code, don’t worry. This usually happens for a few common reasons.
1. Check your spam or junk folder

In many cases, the email is filtered automatically.
Please check:
- Spam / Junk
- Promotions
- Updates (especially for Gmail)
Search for “Vidalgo” in your inbox to find it faster.
2. Make sure the email address is correct
Double-check that the email you entered is the same one used for your Vidalgo account and that there are no typos.
3. Wait a few minutes
Sometimes there can be a short delay due to email provider processing.
Please wait 2–5 minutes before trying again.
4. Try requesting a new code
If you still don’t see the email, go back to the login page and request a new verification code.
5. Add Vidalgo to your safe senders
To avoid this issue in the future, add our email domain to your contacts or safe sender list so emails don’t go to spam.
