How to Copy Your Video’s Project ID on Vidalgo

The Project ID is a unique identifier for each video created on Vidalgo. It’s especially useful if you encounter issues: share it with Vidalgo support for quick access to your video and easier analysis.

•On the main page, click on one of your videos in your projects.

•If you haven’t generated videos yet, try with the example videos in the “Example” category.

•Once the video is open, look at the bottom right of the window for the Copy Project ID button.

•Click it: the Project ID is automatically copied to your clipboard.

Using it with Support

Paste the Project ID into your message to support via live chat (bubble on the right on vidalgo.tech), email (contact@vidalgo.tech), or Discord. This speeds up resolution without sharing the entire project.
